How to Order

Please read the following information before placing an order.

Please be aware that prices are subject to change without notice, due to fluctuations
in exchange rates and other causes beyond our control.

We have endeavoured to provide a vast array of payment options for you. When you reach the payment options in the shopping cart, choose the one that best suits your way of transacting.

PAYPAL

The shopping cart will take you to the Paypal site where you can pay by credit card or from your account. Please be aware that the Paypal terms and conditions apply when using this method of payment.

This option is best for our International customers as Paypal automatically calculates the exchange rates for you, making the transaction simple.

 

DIRECT DEPOSIT: Internet Banking or Branch Deposit

Just proceed as you would to pay a bill using the following bank account details. Either use your internet banking facility or walk into your local Westpac branch to make the deposit into our account.

Please indicate your name on the deposit slip or in the reference field on the internet bank site. This does not require you to give any of your personal account information and we would encourage you to protect your private information at all times.

NOTE:  If you choose this method the shopping cart will require no more information from you - consider your transaction complete.

It is then up to you to take the order total and use it as the direct debit amount when you transact either on internet banking or a branch deposit.

 

CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER (Postal Note)

Send a cheque or money order made out to:

Simply take the order total and use it as the total when you fill out your cheque or money order before posting it to us.

Postage Charges

We have automated the postage charges in the shopping cart so there is no more for you to do. The following is a list of our postal charges for your general information.


Normal rates will apply as follows : 

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Postage within Australia. (Prices are in $AUD)                    

1g - 250 grams                          $4.00

Over 250 up to 500 grams         $5.95

Over 500 up to 1000 grams      $10.50

Over 1000 up to 2000 grams    $13.50

Over 2000 up to 3000 grams    $15.50

Over 3000 grams: Charged at parcel rates - We will contact you if this is the case.

Postage outside of Australia or for those wishing to have their packages registered and/or insured: Please contact us for postage charges.

The customer bears the risk of loss once the item is posted. If you would like your parcel to be registered, please contact us for postage rates - usually these will be higher than the prepaid rates listed above. Registered items will be considered delivered if Australia Post records show that the item was delivered as addressed.

Extra 500 grams or part thereof        $3.90

Delivery is 3-10 working days. These prices are based on current air mail delivery with no tracking facility. If bulk orders, express or registered mail is required please phone Life Literature for a quote on postal charges.

Availability of Stock

Items which are not immediately available will be placed on back order. We will inform you if this is the case and we will inform you of the likely delivery date. We strive at all times to minimize delays in filling your order. The cost of postage for posting items which were on back order to the customer will be charged to the customer.
